What counts as an emergency
- The vehicle has already refused to restart after an AdBlue countdown
- A red warning or "starting prevented" message has appeared
- The vehicle is in limp mode or has lost power on a route
- A working van or private-hire vehicle is off the road and losing income
- A countdown is into its final miles and you can't risk being stranded
What we need from you
- Registration number
- Exact dashboard wording, including any countdown mileage
- Postcode or shared location, and whether the vehicle is safe where it is
- Whether it currently starts and drives
How the visit runs
We attend with manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment, read the full fault memory, check live dosing and pressure, and test the circuits involved. You get the cause explained in plain English and a quote before any work.
We never promise a fixed arrival time. Contact us now for current technician availability and ETA.
Charges
Mobile call-out from £150 minimum, day or night. That is the minimum call-out and service charge, not the total repair price. Final cost depends on the vehicle, location, diagnosis and work required.
