AdBlue Repair & Diagnostics — We Come To You

24/7 mobile AdBlue, SCR & NOx assistance — we come to you

Warning light, countdown, no-start warning or a garage telling you it needs a new pump? We diagnose the actual cause of the AdBlue fault at your home or workplace and explain your repair options in plain English.

Mobile call-out from £150 minimum. Final cost depends on the vehicle, location, diagnosis and work required. Contact us now for current technician availability and ETA.

What a mobile AdBlue specialist actually does

An AdBlue or SCR fault is rarely a single broken part. The system has a tank, a level and quality sensor, a delivery pump and pressure line, a dosing injector, one or two NOx sensors, a temperature sensor, a heater circuit and a control module that has to agree with the engine ECU. Any one of those can trigger the same dashboard warning.

We arrive with manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment, read the full fault memory across all relevant modules, look at live dosing and pressure data, and test the circuits that the code is pointing at. Most AdBlue jobs are solved at the roadside or on the driveway.

Faults we diagnose and repair

  • AdBlue warning lights, amber and red, that will not clear after refilling
  • AdBlue countdown and "no engine start in X miles" messages
  • Vehicles already immobilised by an AdBlue no-start condition
  • NOx sensor faults — upstream and downstream, plus wiring and connector failures
  • AdBlue pump faults, pressure build failures and dosing under-delivery
  • Blocked and crystallised AdBlue injectors
  • Tank level sensor, quality sensor and heater circuit faults
  • SCR control module communication and calibration faults
  • Emissions and engine management lights linked to the SCR system

Diagnosis first. Parts second.

A stored fault code names a circuit, not a culprit. A NOx code can be caused by the sensor, its wiring, a connector full of water, an exhaust leak upstream, poor dosing, or a control module that has lost calibration. Replacing the sensor on the strength of the code alone is how people end up paying twice.

We test live data, dosing behaviour, pressure build, heater circuits and sensor plausibility before recommending any part. If a component genuinely has failed, you will see the evidence for it.

How the visit works

  • Send your registration, postcode and the exact dashboard wording — by phone, WhatsApp or the form on this page
  • We confirm what the vehicle is likely doing and whether it is safe to keep driving
  • We attend at your home, work or roadside and carry out a full system diagnosis
  • You get a clear explanation of the cause, the repair options and a quote for the work
  • Where the part is one we carry, many repairs are completed in the same visit

Cars and vans, across the M25 corridor and Thames Valley

We are a mobile service-area business based around Staines-upon-Thames (TW18) and work across Heathrow, Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Woking, Bracknell, Uxbridge, Hounslow, Watford, Camberley, Guildford, Reading, High Wycombe and West London. There is no walk-in garage — that is the point. Your vehicle stays where it is and we bring the equipment to it.

For vans and commercial vehicles, downtime is the real cost. See our dedicated van AdBlue page for how we prioritise vehicles that are already immobilised.

Common questions

+How much does AdBlue diagnosis cost?

Mobile call-out from £150 minimum. That £150 is the minimum mobile call-out/service charge — not the total repair price. Final cost depends on the vehicle, location, diagnosis and work required, and additional diagnostics, software work or parts are quoted separately. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

+Can you diagnose an AdBlue fault at my home?

Yes — that is our normal way of working. We attend at homes, workplaces, depots and roadside locations with full diagnostic equipment.

+Do you work on vans as well as cars?

Yes. Transit, Sprinter, Crafter, Transporter, Boxer, Relay, Ducato and similar commercial vehicles are a large part of our work, alongside diesel cars.

+My garage says the AdBlue pump needs replacing — can you check?

Yes. We regularly find that a pressure or dosing fault code has a different root cause — a blocked injector, a wiring fault, or crystallisation restricting flow. We will test before recommending replacement.

+Can you get my car started if the AdBlue countdown has reached zero?

In many cases yes, once the underlying fault has been identified and rectified so the system will allow a restart. We cannot promise it in advance of seeing the vehicle, because the reason for the lockout matters.
