Mobile AdBlue Diagnostics For Vans

24/7 mobile AdBlue, SCR & NOx assistance — we come to you

A van with an AdBlue countdown is a van that is about to stop earning. We attend depots, driveways and roadside locations with full diagnostic equipment so the vehicle does not have to be recovered anywhere.

Mobile call-out from £150 minimum. Final cost depends on the vehicle, location, diagnosis and work required. Contact us now for current technician availability and ETA.

Why vans are different

Commercial vehicles cover higher mileages, spend longer idling, and carry their AdBlue components in the worst possible place — underneath, in the road spray. Corroded connectors, damaged looms and heater circuit failures are all far more common on vans than on cars.

They are also worked harder around the countdown. Drivers keep going, the countdown drops, and the vehicle is eventually immobilised somewhere expensive. If you have a countdown showing, call before you switch the engine off.

Vans we work on

  • Ford Transit, Transit Custom and Ranger
  • Mercedes Sprinter and Vito
  • Volkswagen Crafter and Transporter
  • Peugeot Boxer and Expert
  • Citroën Relay and Dispatch
  • Fiat Ducato, Vauxhall Movano and Vivaro
  • Renault Master and Trafic
  • Nissan and Iveco light commercials

Faults we see most on commercial vehicles

  • "AdBlue malfunction" and "no engine start in X miles" messages — very common on Transit
  • NOx sensor and NOx module failures on Sprinter and Crafter
  • Corroded underbody wiring and connectors causing intermittent faults
  • Tank heater circuit failures appearing in winter
  • Crystallised injectors on short-journey, multi-drop vehicles
  • Pump pressure faults after running the tank low repeatedly

Fleets and multi-vehicle operators

If you run several vehicles, we can attend on site and work through more than one in a visit. Talk to us about how your fleet is set up and we will tell you honestly whether attending on site or staggering visits makes more sense for you. Mobile call-out from £150 minimum — that is the minimum call-out/service charge, not a repair price. Further diagnosis, parts and repair work are quoted where required. We operate 24/7.

Diagnosis first. Parts second.

A stored fault code names a circuit, not a culprit. A NOx code can be caused by the sensor, its wiring, a connector full of water, an exhaust leak upstream, poor dosing, or a control module that has lost calibration. Replacing the sensor on the strength of the code alone is how people end up paying twice.

We test live data, dosing behaviour, pressure build, heater circuits and sensor plausibility before recommending any part. If a component genuinely has failed, you will see the evidence for it.

Common questions

+Can you come to my depot or yard?

Yes. Depots, yards, driveways, car parks and roadside locations are all normal for us, provided the vehicle is somewhere safe and accessible to work on.

+My van won't start because of AdBlue — can you help?

In many cases yes. We diagnose the reason the vehicle entered its no-start condition and rectify the underlying fault so the system will permit a restart. We can't promise it before seeing the vehicle, because the cause determines what's possible.

+How quickly can you attend?

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can request assistance at any time. ETA depends on technician availability, your location, traffic, the vehicle and the nature of the fault — contact us now for current technician availability and ETA. We don't publish guaranteed arrival times we can't keep.

+Do you carry parts for common vans?

We carry commonly needed items for the vehicles we see most, so a proportion of jobs are completed in the same visit. Vehicle-specific parts are ordered once diagnosis confirms what's needed.
