Common causes
- NOx sensor failure (upstream or downstream)
- AdBlue pump not building pressure
- Blocked or crystallised dosing injector
- Tank heater or level/quality sensor fault
- Wiring, connector or software/calibration faults
How long can I keep driving?
Check the dashboard: many vehicles show miles or starts remaining. Once it reaches zero, the engine won't restart after it's switched off. If you're close, keep the engine running only if safe and contact us.
What we check and how the job works
We read every relevant module, test live dosing, pressure and sensor data, then show you what's failed before any part is fitted. Most repairs are completed on site in 1–3 hours, depending on the fault and the vehicle.
