Why we ask before quoting
- Diagnosis first, parts second. Most AdBlue faults we see are a sensor, heater circuit, pump or injector issue — a repair, not a software job.
- Road use matters. Deactivating an emissions system makes a vehicle non-compliant for UK road use. Software work is discussed only for off-road, competition or export vehicles.
- No automatic price. Mobile call-out from £150; anything further is quoted once we know the vehicle and the fault.
